James was Chaplain with the 9th Infantry Division 3rd Battalion 60th Infantry Regiment, from 1967 to 1968.  One thing that impressed me about James and his book is the fact that he was Field Chaplain and was out there with us.  This book, deals with all of the death we saw and how we have to learn to go on living and not let it control our lives.
